Water Jacket
- The round water jacket design means less cracking and allows for efficient heat transfer. Made of 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel.
Furnace Supply Pipe
- The furnace supply pipe has holes so that water spilling covers the firebox length-wise and flows down eliminating hot and cold spots on the furnace
Fire Chamber
- Fire Chamber cross tubes guarantee efficiency as water passes through on its way down ensuring more heat drawn from the fire box.
Shaker Grates
- Shaker grates (MF Series) allow for easy firebox maintenance and clean-up. They are made of an alloy specifically designed for high temperatures and are guaranteed for 5 years.
Insulation
- The furnace is insulated with R20 Insulation as well as double bubble foil insulation.
Feature
- Another feature of our ultra-efficient design, smoke must travel from the back of the furnace amongst the fire chamber cross-tubes while going to the front and then in to through the damper channel ensuring maximum heat draw and a slower burn, increasing fuel efficiency.
Control Panel
- The control panel consists of an Electronic temperature control (left), variable speed fan control (middle), water level marker (right) and furnace and light on/off switches (bottom).
